Poached Egg Trick P3

Eating eggs on hCG is always a great source of protein.  In P2 this should be limited or used as a replacement for one of your proteins for the day.  According to Dr. Simeons 1 egg and 2 egg whites can be used in place of your protein for your meals.   In this video Carol shares a great trick to have quick and delicious Poached Eggs.
