Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have all of Carol’s famous Cheescake recipes in one place. Today we highlight the Phase 3 Cheescakes for the hCG Diet. This diet has changed how we look at food and the ingredients we are using. Who knew Cheescake could be healthy too!
Original NY Cheesecake
4 oz. cream cheese
whole whipping cream (1/2 C. whipped)
2 -3 drops (to taste) Capella NY Cheesecake Drops
Stevia drops to taste
Fluffy Cheesecake
1 C. Greek Yogurt
whole whipping cream (1/2 C. whipped)
2 -3 drops Capella NY Cheesecake Drops
1 tsp. Agave Nectar
Strawberry Cheesecake
1 C. Greek Yogurt
whole whipping cream (1/2 C. whipped)
1 package Stevia or Stevia drops
1/4 – 1/2 C. chopped strawberries
Vanilla Cheesecake (shown)
1 C. Greek Yogurt
whole whipping cream (1/2 C. whipped)
1 package Vanilla Stevia or Vanilla Creme Stevia drops
1 tsp. Agave Nectar
