I have carob powder so do I still do 1 cup of carob powder and 1 cup of coco Oil or is that too much carob powder?

  • Anonymous

Yep you just substitute the carob powder for the amount called for cocoa in the recipes. If you wanted you could start with 1/2 or so of the carob powder, make just one piece of chocolate delight and see what you prefer.

yes, chocolate delight is for all phases. If you are currently taking hcg
you would be considered phase 2. Read more about phases under the download
    tab.
