What am I doing wrong?  Carol discusses the need to keep a thorough food journal throughout phase 2 and 3.  This is important because if you experience of gaining or stalling, we can quickly help you identify what changes need to be made in your daily diet.

    FitDay has truly helped me. The few minutes to set up an account and enter the foods – even when I need to customize – are worth it when evaluating your daily intake. Though I have not had the occasion to send my journals to MSD, I have been surprised several times when the total calories are added up — usually causing me to eat less in the evening, but yesterday I was able to have an extra serving of veggies! Good VLOG!!
