Teas for Weight Loss in Any Phase

Tea has been used as an aid for weight loss. Drinking a cup of tea with each meal is a protocol for using tea successfully as a metabolic stimulant. Tea by itself carries only 4 calories per serving, and it’s most healthy when consumed with nothing added. The caffeine in tea increases body function to help burn more calories and the polyphenols seem to aid in the digestion of fat, truly making it a Chinese diet tea. Pu-erh and Oolong teas have received the most attention regarding weight loss, but all types of tea offer a low-calorie alternative to commercial beverages.

Wu Long Tea or Oolong Tea is a semi-oxidized tea, occupying the middle ground between green and black teas. Combining the best qualities of green tea and black tea, Wu Long Tea is not only as clear and fragrant as GreenTea, but also as fresh and strong as Black Tea. If you drink Wu Long Tea, the natural aroma may linger in your mouth and make your throat comfortable.

Wu Long Tea is helpful in anti-aging, lowering high blood pressure, improving immunocompetence, improved heart health, and more. Wu Long Tea can help you digest food, refresh yourself, and sober up. It is also helpful in prolonging your lifespan. To sum up, it is a world-famous natural health drink.

Another tea we recommend is Dr. Miller’s Holy Tea which gently cleanses and detoxifies whole body promoting weight loss.
