I cannot say enough about this product. I am so pleased with the results. Eating healthy and maintaining has been my focus since I finished the hCG diet. I have been able to maintain my weight since February. I want to share my experiences and what I have learned since I started hCG. Check out my “Inbox” in the Ask Carol section. I also have daily Quick Tips and recipes that I share on Facebook everyday. Shawna is our blog moderator, and manages the blog, comments, emails and questions. She brings her medical knowledge and background along with her blog posts about the hCG diet and the emotional side of our weight problems. Check out her Emotional Support section. Lisa is our behind the scenes contributor of recipes and is a great support system for everyone on YouTube and Facebook. Jacob is our “guys point of view” and he is much more technical than Shawna and I. He is a great asset and focuses on the health effects of being overweight and the benefits of losing in his Health Support section. He also makes sure that all the relevant hCG items needed for the diet are placed in the MarketPlace for those who cannot purchase them locally. We appreciate all of the support and feedback we get from you. This blog is a success because we are a great “Team”.

Carol Ensminger, creative director and founder of Creative Matter and Media PowerTools, a graphic design studio in Chandler, Arizona. An accomplished graphic designer who displays a unique balance of both creative and technical prowess, Carol is represented by an extensive portfolio of work in print and on the Web.
Designing for more than two decades, Carol has worked both sides of the desk — as an employee in the corporate world, and as a seasoned entrepreneur. She supports clients on many levels of their business and more specifically through visual design development and brand identity.
Carol’s skills encompass various graphic and marketing capabilities in: web design and development; creative graphic design, blog development; package design; tradeshow design, and many areas of visual communication.
Carol’s clients include Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Costco, Walmart, Ace Hardware and Little i mint products.
She is native to the Pacific Northwest and since 2006 she and her family call Chandler, Arizona home.
