Strawberry-Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 cup of greek yogurt
1/8 cup milk (unsweetened coconut or almond)
5-10 drops vanilla cream stevia (optional)
Directions
Combine yogurt, milk and protein powder in a blender and blend until well combined.  Add in strawberries and blend until you have a nice thick and creamy smoothie.  Enjoy!

Apple Pie

Phase 2 recipe

Here is a great recipe for a treat or to break up an apple day!

1 Apple
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1-2 tsp. Apple Pie Spice (mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice)
Stevia to taste

Core and peel apple. Slice then and place in a baking dish. Mix with lemon juice and stevia and sprinkle on desired spices. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, sprinkle with English Toffee Stevia drops.
