Apple Flaxseed Muffins

Apple Flax Muffins

Phase 3 and Phase 4 of the hCG diet

3/4 C. Flax Seed Meal
1/2 C. Oat Bran
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C. Rapadura Sugar
4 Large eggs, eggs
1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 C. water
1 Tbsp. pure Vanilla extract
1 medium apple, cored and cubed
1/2 C. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1/2 C. raisins (optional)

Mix dry ingredients and add the rest of the ingredients. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Pour batter in muffin pan and bake for 15-18 minutes until done.

Sausage and Cabbage Stir fry

2pkg Sugar free cheese sausage
1 Red pepper diced
1 Green bell pepper diced
1 Onion diced
1 tsp MCT Oil
Dash of Braggs Amino Acids
3 Cups of shredded cabbage

Stir fry the meat and veggies until done with the added spices of your choice. After the meat and veggies are just about ready add in the shredded cabbage and stir fry mixing continiously for about 2-3 minutes. This will give you the cabbage fried rice texture. This recipe is for the whole family which is why I made it a large batch. Adjust the recipe accordingly if only making one serving. My guys love it and it is one of their favs of the hcg diet.

Almond Yogurt Crunch

Almond Yogurt Crunch

1 C. (no sugar added) Greek Yogurt
1/4 – 1/2 tsp. Organic Almond Extract (or Capella Almond drops) to taste
Stevia to taste
Ezekiel Almond Cereal

Mix all together according to taste and top with cereal. Serve Immediately.

Phase 3 and Phase 4 for Simeons protocol on the hCG diet.
