My daughter cooks her veggies in the oil, I like to wait and add it after they are cooked. I often use garlic and salt to follow! When I make the chocolate delight I keep the oil warm while stirring and I do not have the chalky deal that way. I set my little bowl in a larger bowl of microwaved hot water.
